♡ Kindly note that all the handmade products are final sale. No exchanges, no returns. This also ensures each item you receive is brand new, and never used.

All shipments will be sent by Canada post.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DUE TO THIRD PARTY IF YOU CHOOSE TO SHIP WITH LETTERMAIL

* Also, We will not refund or replace for the package that buyers say not received, but shows delivered on the tracking. If it's happened, please contact your local carrier asking for the GPS coordinates to confirm the delivery details. The only thing I can do from my side is create a ticket with canada post for your package.

Update: Due to the recent Canada post shipping update, some customers may experience longer than normal shipping delay because of the current pandemic situation, however, rest assured, we will always try our best to have the product dispatched the moment it's freshly made to you and mitigate the delay as short as possible, this hasn't changed!

* $15 for Expedited shipping ( free over $89 ): 3-5 business days

* FREE Burnaby, BC contactless drop off (over $50)

US:

* $15 for Tracked packet USA ( free over $89 ): 10-12 business days


I will not be responsible for any duties/taxes/etc.. that have incurred based on your countries rules and regulations. 


Note: Under extreme rare and current situations mentioned above, if you don't have your package delivered during 8-12 business days after our proof of shipping provided, please contact us BEFORE posting negative reviews that caused by third party, and we will be very pleased to work out a solution for you,

♡ WRONG ADDRESS, RETURN TO SENDER, ETC.

Item can be reshipped once it is returned as long as the shipping is paid again. If a refund is preferred, you will be refunded the cost of the order, minus the shipping fee initially paid.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & PROMOS 

♡ I will honour price adjustments if the promotion happened within 48 hours of your order, your order has not been shipped, and you contact me directly within that 48 hour period.
